Irregular delievery of magazines

Hi,

My Femina subscription id is 21255343. Since the last couple of months the magazine delivery has been very irregular. Mostly the issues I receive are past dated and at times I don’t receive them at all. What is happening? I am still awaiting the issue which was supposed to be published on the 30/31 Dec ’09. If such issues continue, I will have to discontinue the subscription. Request you to take some action on this.
