Not complete delivery of newspape

I am a regular subscriber of Hindustan Times english newspaper since the past 35 years. Since the past one month I am not receiving HT Estate edition on Saturdays. I have been regularly complaining to the delivery boy regarding the same but he says that he is helpless as he is delivering what he is receiving. I request you to take urgent necessary action regarding the same.
