Not getting newspaper even after paying for 15 months of subscription

Hi,

This is to bring to your attention that I 'Kanishk Aggarwal' residing at '138, GH-13, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-87', recently paid for 15 months of subscription of Mail Today Newspaper. For few days I received the newspaper regularly with Times of India Newspaper (which I had previously subscribed).

I asked local newspaper vendor for the discontinuation of Times Of India Newspaper and regular distribution of Mail Today Newspaper, but local newspaper vendor refused to discontinue the distribution of TOI and forced on taking both the newspaper simultaneously. On refusing his offer he has stopped distributing any of the newspaper.

This is a serious question mark on commitment of such local newspaper distributing vendors operating in capital.
