Hello,
I have subscribed to India Today weekly magazine for 1 year and paid the money in advance. I have not received my issues for over 2 months now and when I complained about the same to India Today customer care, they just kept promising that they will take actions but have not done anything yet.
I have already communicated this to India Today about a month back, and they have replied to my mail once saying they are trying to "resolve" the issue, and still asked for 2 more weeks.
This is utterly incompetent way of handling the problem. I have subscribed to a "weekly" magazine and I am not interested in receiving 10 copies of past issues at one go.
I am fed up with India Today.
Please advise what actions can I take against them.
