Respected sir/madam

We (Indane gas customers of muradnagar) state that gas booking system through tel. are not responding as u are knowing that booking through TOMOGAS and e-mail are not possible for mass customer. You can also examine by their Tel.no

01232-261669, 261905, 9756201679, 9012821100, 9012584466, 9219429770.Some tel. and mob.no. are not working but these no. are belongs to "MURADNAGER INDANE GAS AGENCY". They are not repponding on telephone for any querries and when responding, not giving proper reply and some times abusing also. Very worst situaton. LPG cylenders are being supplied after 15 days of booking.

Sir, some other matter also, We want to bring in your notice that last month, they have issued "NEW CONNECTIONS'' .They have issued to consumer on Rs. 8000 per con. Needy person has not given. It means total corruption. Every where corrupton.

Sir, Local authorities of IOCL are not listening. Slowly- slowly corruptions are inceasing. People are totaly unsatisfied with this situation. Our last hopes are on you as it mentioned CUSTOMER CARE. We want serious action against agncy ONLY AFTER INVESTIGATION OF ALL IRREGULARITIES.

We are very hopefull to look the matter seriously and protect the interest of customer for future benefits of you, us.
