My Cheque of Amount Rs.199/- was encashed for 2 years Subscription from 01-01. Initially I was told to stars you paper & within 2 weeks i will get coupons for the same. Now even after 3 months, I didnt received.it seems the contact numbers of DNA, I was trying the Complaint at Main Office of Lower Parel nos. is 43888108 & 43888124, They are telling me that your Voucher has been despatch form main here. You will gets within 2-3 days. But For Last three months i am daily calling at Office of Thane 4164500 Ther Person, Vinod Sharma had told me that your Voucher has came here & it will despatch in this weeks. Its becames now more than 2 month. Then this person told me that delivery boy had lost your Voucher. New Voucher will come main office within one week. Till now one week has not completed. I had call person Rohit of Kalyan he always, telling me lie. I had given him 2-3 times address on Mobile also of his person 9819767133. Then Again i contact another gay name Rajkumar He tells me i giving you compaint it will slove within this week. & Again i Call Their Main Person Amol Magar No.976467315. He also tell me that he dont know anything about. he told I will solve your problems & he callme later with discussion in office. Till no reply to me. I am daily contact ther office at Lower Parel, Thane & Kalyan. From all side there are giving differnt reply to me. No person are telling right all person in there office Madam also telling lie.
Now they received my Cheque so they are respon for customer.
It seems that DNA are only collecting money from Customer But not giving Voucher so that our Paper will Stop. But they tells that Reading paper in city are more.
