Non delivery of magazines

I have subscribed to two magazines and sent money by Credit Card. In Mrach I paid Rs 2040 and Rs 970 for two mags.

Till now I have not received any confirmation or the magazines.

I am fed up of reminiding you.

Why this is happening especially when I am an NRI and can not deal with you directly in India.

I shall report the matter to appropriate authorities in Delhi under Consumer Forum by this month end when I shall be in India.

Please reply immediately.
