Paper still not received from News Paper Agent

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs.99/- (Rupees Ninety Nine) Through My State Bank of India Pul Gate Branch, Pune -411 013. on 14.05.2011 (Vide Ch. No.182497) & Same Cheque was debited from Account on 30.06. But till today I have not received the Marathi Editon of Times of Indai Group - Maharashtr Times

When I went to Agent (Mr. Bhagwat - Cell No.9370653071) Mr. Bhagwat Younger brother he told me that we are not going to deliver the paper, You can go anywhere we are are come to your place where you have been residing, You have to come here & take the paper. Now what can I do I want My money back. Theese People like Bennet & Colman are Fooling to us.
