Not recieving copy of tell me why regularly

I have subsribed to 'tell me why' publication of this co. my subsription no. is 1398110. and the subsription period is 01.06.2010 - 01.05.2011. i m not receiving the copy regularly. every time i have to contact their office in mumbai. very hopeless service.
