Non delivery of news pape

Sir/madam,

i hav taken Times Of India 1 year subscription in july but nw i had changed my address.my previous add was at shastri nagar, chennai and new one is in mylapur near nilgiris.

i want 2 continue thisat my new add. i talked 2 Mr Bala who told me that it is not possible to deliver at this add coz TOI is not available ere.

kindly solve my problem and do the needful.
