I made payment on line on 6 Oct for pulication of an ad under TO LET to SEAL (?), Pankaj Jaiswal but the ad was not printed. After several reminders Jaiswal promised refund of money but he hasn't done it. I think he is an agent for Hindustan Times to collect advertisements or works for Hindustan Times classified directly. He operates from Noida.
