Government is cheating people.most of the big publishing houses pay advance postage and deliver the magazines to subscribers.with the advent of one Mr kumhar as the head of postal department head post office Bharatpur, man has instructed the staff to charge rs 17/-as due on every magazine.when approached Mr kumhar did not listen nor he replied.alot of people are having those covers mentioning the due amount.should he not be punished for his irresponsible and autocratic conduct.and if he is so ignorant of the law/rules should he stay in the office? the man making mockery of government rules and creating inconvenience to a lot of people and do extracting illegal money must be taken to the task.
