NOT GIVING THE PAPER

I am a customer of TOI, I ordered for the paper on 7 dec i came to know about the paper

as a person came to my door step and told me about the paper.

I paid the initial Rs.49, and he said i will be getting the news paper from 16/12.

he dint gave me the news ppr yesterday, so i called him and he continued saying the paper will

reach in 15 mins, and evn today noone came to my home with the paper, and when am calling him

hes not picking the phone...

Either send the paper or return my Rs.50 by tomorrow, or else I will file a case against you

people in consumer court.
