I Redeemed points Twice and havent received anythi

I tried to redeem points twice and to date have not received any voucher. i take my time to fill out these Surveys thinking that i done my part and i will then be rewarded with Points. I emailed both India and SA but i get a bounce back email and i once got an email to say that there is a two week waiting periond, i tried to redeem point in December as well as in January but nothing.
