I am totally not satisfied with the service rendered by TOM so far. Please find below the delivery time of the news paper at my doorstep for the past three days.
TOM launch day: 10: 30 AM (very good impression on day one, I have never seen a news paper delivered at 10 AM in my life time)
Day 2 : Around 8:00 AM
Day 3 : Around 8:07 AM
Day 4 (17th Apl 08): paper delivered at 7:50 AM, when I enquired about the cause for delay with the paper boy, he said nothing can be done with it and I have to bear with him.
Guys wake up, you people are not fit to stay around in Chennai, you cannot sleep like this. Still I would like to talk to your Circulation Manager in charge. Please let me know his coordinates.
I feel like I have simply wasted my money and time so far. Good bye.
Some Queries:(If you are serious about Chennai its customer base)
1. Can you get this corrected immediately?
2. Ensure that the delivery person should not demand any commission at the end of the month with us.
3. Subscription started on 14th of Apl, then why one should simply spend his one month subscription coupon of 16 days.
4. What is the procedure if we change residence (within in Chennai)
5. Alternate contact numbers since this Helpline (044-2431 7979) is totally unreachable, people will lose faith on TOM. If this continues.
Off course I have an alternative I am getting Indian Express sharp at 6:30 at my door step. It’s up to you to act on it or just shift delete my email.
