My Bill TR # 08733 & ST # 1124 . dated 24/12 Time : 9:17:38 .
I purchaed some goods from the Bharti Easy Day Store Janakpuri (Delhi) and one of the product that i purchased was Pamper (Bar code - 490243010193) the MRP on this product was Rs- 100 but when I checked my Bill then it was shocking to find thae Bharti Easy Day charged me Rs- 110.20 for the same product. When I tried to call on the phone number given on the Bill (011-43074672) I found that this was not a working number and there is no Email address given on the bill to forward the complaint. Now I am fealing cheated and want to take this issue to consumer court.
This is not the first time that this thing has happened with me at Easy Day Store but every time i used to ignore this as it was just the matter of few rupees but now after repeted incidents I need to esclate the issue to the consern department.
