My neighbours who throws waste things

Respected sir,

i live at old malakpet. we are very much suffering with our neighbours who throws waste things and all that in front of our gate and it is not cleaning everyday by your department. with that we are suffering with bad smell and also mosquitoes.

During last year my 7 years old daughter got DENGUE fever also and we suffered a lot. So, please kindly take action.
