Dear Sir/ma'am,
This is to bring in your knowledge that I, Mohammed Sohaib Farooqui, R/oA-81 zakir bagh, am going through lot of suffering, mental tension and sleepless nights and monetary loss because of my neighbour Mr Shakil Ahmed, who is on the Third Floor on the same side of the building is doing some cnever ending onstruction work for the last 6-8 months. That was bearable if they were keeping the area clean and not dumping the malba just in front of our door a haven to dengi mosquitos and malaria. Many times I told his son and daughter but in vain. He is a Lawyer of which he is always trying to bully other neighbours and misuses his profession.
Please take some action as of now he has occupied the terrace also where our water tanks are fixed and we cannot go there as he has locked it and illegally constructed a room on the way to the terrace. The society is registered under Bombay society act. It does not give any rights to top Floor resident of roofs, they will be equally shared.
