Future Bazaar
Damage product received

Hi,

I had ordered a stroller for my baby on March 18. This got delivered on March 21. Unfortunately the product was received in damaged condition -

1) The product was not in its original packaging

2) One set of wheels were missing, rendering the product useless.

The order id is 5056823755. The team at Future Bazaar is not ready to replace the product with penalty for inconvenience caused! - Any help would be greatly appreciated.
