Response on blog posted by Lt Col Sanjay Kumar Singh on 4 th December

One of our customer Lt Col Sanjay Kumar Singh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Night Fly Radio Control Wireless 2 Channel Helicopter with Remote by NITC on his blog posted on 4 th December.

We have taken up the matter with the courier partner First Flight to avoid such instances in future. Also, we have spoken with Col Sanjay Kumar Singh and he has confirmed receipt of product.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
