One of our customers Ms. Mani Chitranshi has raised a concern regarding non delivery against her order of Play & Pets Flopy Dog on her blog posted on 7 th December.
Since we have exhausted the stocks for the said product and were not able to service her order Also, we have spoken to Ms. Chitranshi and she has agreed to receive refund cheque.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
