Nebours are usign water oump

Espected sir,

i am from matunga road west. livign in ratan terres.t.h.kataria marge.mumbai-40016.this year gov. has cut water supply due to unsufficiant rain.so we are gettign slow water supply in that also our neabour are usign water pump.we have one connection from that we three houses are getting water. we have tell them to not use it but they are still usign it.so that we r nto gettign water. out of three connection two are usign water pum where as we are not.we are not getting single drop of water.we are facign this problem since one month.i hope you understadign our prblem and will take suitable steps aganist them. my postal addres is 78/c ratan teress, t, h.katria marge, matunga road west, mumbai 400016.
