Illegal enraochment by Mr Saini of flat number 241

Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that there is a criminal enroachment of DDA parking area by Mr Saini, which has now become more serious, as due to heavy rains, the water is clogged as the drains have been covered by this criminal extension of Mr Saini for his flat. Due to which the real danger of residents health because of malaria and water borne diseases is eminent. There was an earlier complaint made and someone did come but then nothing happened. It is feared that Mr Saini might have influenced the officers which came to control. Else, there is no other rationale of that criminal enraochment still there, endangering the lives of the people around it.
In our society there are serious enroachments happening. Flat number 241, Mr Saini for one, has enraoched on parking area by building a big extension on their flat all the way completely blocking the sewers and the disturbing the immediate neighbours passway.
There are so many others examples like this, which keep happening.
