OBJECTION 14/02
Dear sir
I am a resident of 14, Samadhan colony kokanwadi ; Adalat road. My residence is located next to Lohia hospital (Previously known as Sakolkar hospital).
The owner of the lohia hospital is illegally constructing a toilet block in his compound. The toilet block is situated right infront of my drawing room roughly 1.5 feet from the common wall. He has not obtained our n.o.c. before commencing the construction. The proposed toilet block is going to cause nuisance to our bed-room & visitors.
We have tried to convince the owner & his attitude is = he can do whatever he wants in his compound. The medical shop also illegally constructed. The basic point is the previous owner was running the same hospital without the toilet block AS IT WAS NOT IN THE SANCTIONED PLAN (Permission) APPROVED BY THE MUNCIPAL CORPORATION.FOR CONSTRUCTION.
The toilet block needs your sanitary inspector's clearence. MAY I EXPECT EARLY ACTION
