Stapler Pin In Tofee

I bought 2 Fruit Tofees from a local shop, I gave it to my 3 year old kid, and guess what? it had a stapler pin inserted in it. It made scraches all around his neck, and the second toffee also had the same pin. I have the wrapper and tofee and now I am complaining in Consumer court about the quality control of company.
