I have purchased LG Micro product number 8080PPR on 6th Mar'11, From Modern Electronis Chinchwad, During purchase of product I was informed that Steam Cook instrument is part of this product, but during delivery this was not supplied. I called the agency and they replied that, need to check and reply within couple of days, till today i have not received any reply, hence personnely visited the agency that time the agency representative informed that the salesman has given wrong information and unable to provide this instrument. Now the end user (customer) is at loss, since I have purchased Micro Oven due to this instrument. I require this instrument as per commitment. Sales person (srikant)
