Sir,
This is to bring to your attention that Mukesh Nashier and his wife Anita Nashier who are the owner of Flat Number - 372, Sangam Apartment, West Enclave, H-4/5 Pitampura, and Delhi – 110034 is doing illegal constructions. He has broken in the slab (lanter) via machines & has reconstructed the same. This construction created visible cracks in the whole building & it is very dangerous for the residents. This may lead to any unfortunate accident because of this.
Apart from the above, he has constructed door, window & has created tress pass from the back side of the tower 3 to tower 2. This has raised questions on the safety of Tower 2 residents.
Moreover, all this was done without seeking any approval from DDA & MCD.
We will be highly obliged, if you can take corrective actions towards this & stop the illegal constructions on immediate basis along with closing the back side door & window.
Looking forward for your prompt actions on the above issues.
