Illigal covering of roads

Dear concern,

my complaint i regarding illigal malba scattering and covering by chabootras on road. Due to which the road width got smaller one day an old man was collapse due to big stone and got hospitalised. This is my humble request, either clean it or penalise the calprits who are making hell in living this area.
