Neighbours complain
Dirtyness near home

Dear sir,

my neighbours throws their garbage near my home and flow dirty water which is collected infront of my door. I restric them to do this but they do not stop to do this. Today they flow their dranege water near my door. So i want to complaint against them. Please help me.
