Damage to public services like Sewage Line & Manhole breakage, Cauvery Water line breakage and leakage

Dear Sirs,

This is with a lot of grievance we are writing to you to seek your immediate action and esteemed team help!

This is to bring to your notice that there is an ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION of APARTMENT with violation of building norms taking place at below address:

Ward No 193

Owner: Mr. Ravi

Address:

Site Nos 40 & 41, 2nd Main, Arekere Mico, Brindavan Extension (behind Kaveri Telecom Factory)

Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560076

Site Dimensions: 50 feet X 60 feet

No of Apartments in construction 12, expected to construct 20 apartments in a 50 X 60 feet site (as mentioned by building owner verbally). That is 4 apartments in one floor, 5 floors to be constructed with 20 apartments. In total 5 1 which is 6 floors as per owner verbally confirmed.

The owner has already constructed Ground Three Floors (Total 4 Floors) & violated the construction norms as below:

1. Completely occupied the entire 2 sites without free space on any of the side for ventilation/ compound/ lighting. Further even protruded towards the road.

2. Pillar FOUNDATION was DUG UP unauthorizedly occupying part of the PUBLIC footpath and Road utilizing public property/ government property

3. Broken the existing Sewage line as well as the Man Hole – This led to overflow of sewage and out on the road!!

4. Broken the Cauvery water line – This has led to consistent overflow of water resources Several 1000 liters are going every day.

5. Construction material placed on road occupying 75% of PUBLIC ROAD as well as placed on neighbor compound which is causing to stop movement of vehicles

6. Owner and construction workers are threatening neighbors and asking us to vacate our houses along by demonstrating rowdyism when owner is questioned about the violation

7. Road & Footpath Damaged

8. Construction debris thrown in empty sites of neighborhood

9. Illegal power supply taken for some time by bypassing METER board

10. BOREWELL dug at 650 to 750 feet where not sure if approval is taken, secondly water is available at 300 feet. Although Cauvery water already available for the layout residents

11. Sewage line was fixed after complaining to competent authority and seeking their support however, the same is broken once again by the construction team although there were objections raised by neighbors

12. Construction taking place during restricted hours such as start from early morning 3 AM to midnight 12 AM

13. Noise Pollution at restricted hours

Sincerely request your immediate enquiry and support to address the issues and sensitize the house owner so that further damage to public services and neighborhood is not caused.
