Getting calls at odd times harassment

I am getting regular calls from Airtel prepaid mobile no.9866402342 and 9959740242 at even odd times like mid night 2 to 3 a.m. Hence I want to know on whose name above said mobile numbers have been registered and their address with call log list for both the numbers from 1-4 to 30-4
