Non delivery & response for gas cylinder home delivey

Sir,

I have booked for the Indane gas cylinder thru' araving gas agencies, Navavoor Pirivu, coimbatore on 3-Apr. The delivery period of 30 days have passed and when my father enquired for the past two days about the delivey they informed it will be delivered today each day, but it was not delivered. When he went today again to enquir about the same, they replied they don't have the man power and if you want take it yourself and we can't deliver. Being a cardiac patient he was treated in this way, and due to need he has taken himself the cylinder home and it seems no one helped in the delivery agency. Kindly look in to this and take necessary action on the gas delivery agaency mentioned, so that the same doesn't repeat to any other consumer.
