I am satisfied customer of Woodland Since and about 08 or 09 pairs have been used so far and almost nearly 45 to 50 pairs have been recommended to my friends for the usage of Woodland footwear.
Recently I had purchased one article as referred and found it was tight at the time of purchase. I was told by the seller that shoe will be expand after the usage of maximum ONE week (28th Feb to 08 March). I used it for more than one week and there was no improvement in expansion, meanwhile my foot fingers got infected and I was not able to use shoe anymore (9th March to 20th March) till the wound got cured for which about Rs.450.00 has been spent for medical purpose. The same has been brought to the notice of the short vendor, and the article has been sent for alteration (22nd March). The altered article has been took the delivery on 28th March and the same has been used on 29th March.
Since I had faced earlier with the shoe, and I did not brought to the notice to your office, and I bought one more article and used by not making any alterations to that article. Still it is with me in un-used condition. This is second time happened, so I am informing you for necessary action.
I had used it on 29th and found there was no improvement in the expansion of the shoe and the foot fingers started trouble me because of the tightness.
Sir, I am not blaming the company nor the seller, I sincerely request you to kindly sort of my problem by
(i) Exchanging the article by charging the difference amount
(ii) Solution for my shoes to enable me to use the article.
