I have been very concerned for a long time as I sent two parcels with asian cargo services Ltd Unit 35, Rosemount Road Wembley, London, HA0 4PE.

These parcels contained a variety of clothing, handbags and shoes, but they didn't contain any electrical items, alcohol, passports, jewellery or money.

I was hoping the parcels would've reached the destination that was given to the shop assistant. The date that the parcels were given on was the 25th of October.

I would like to know when and where I can receive any information on when the parcel will be delivered to its destination. Or what I can do next so the parcels can be sent as soon as possible.

The parcel numbers were:

W109 6715 (24Kg - £36.00)

W109 6716 (25Kg - £37.00)

Altogether in total I paid £73.00

The main reason why I have made this complaint is because my brother and sister are expecting these parcels to arrive soon.
