Delay in Passport Despatched

I have applied for the passport FRESH in MARCH '2011 at Regional Passport office, Hyderbad and here are some details:

File Reference Number: HYD-A355941-11

Application Date: 09-03

Applicant's Date of Birth: 10-06-1984

When I check the status online using the website: www.passportstatus.nic.in/passmain.php, I see the status as below for the past one month. I have been waiting for my passport because i got onsite oppurtunity from company.

Below is the Status from the past 2 months

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

Now it has been change to below

Passport has been granted and is expected to be despatched by 19-09. Subject to all documents being in order.

Can you please despatched the Passport before the mentioned date as i have got the visa
