As per your advice, I had met Public Grievance Officer today morning 10.15am at your Regional passport office, Trichy.
He replied for my below given enquiries that, your passport will be issued & he demands to show leave certificate of spouse, who is working in Sultanate of oman, if required passport urgently.
I am not received any hopeful reply from him.
In the situation of 94 days passed till today from the date of passport application submitted, I am requesting you to kindly issue me passport or convey any clarifications required, if any.

With reference to the above mentioned in subject, I am giving below some date of processing my passport application for your information & necessary action, Please.
Date of applied for fresh passport : 26' September
Civil status verified by Tamilnadu police Dept. : 16' November
Forwarded my Police verification report to Respected Superindentent of Police office : 21' November
Police verification report has been Forwarded to Reginal Passport office : 19' December
Now by tracking status by your web portal www.passportindia.gov.in still showing that "
Police verification repoprt is under review at Regional passport office. Passport will be despatched after Police verification report is found clear. You would receive an SMS/Email once the Passport is despatched "
Till today 93 DAYS has been passed already from the date of passport application submitted to District passport cell of THANJAVUR.
I have received a reply from Regional passport office that " You may contact Public grievances officer with speed post no., if PVR has really sent "
We are unable to get that speed post number from Superindentent of police office, Thanjavur.
Please advice me to How can I proceed enquiry about my passport application.
