Not disclosing procedure for registation of co-operating group housing society

i had approached the assistant registrar office for knowing about the registation of co-operative group housing society (CGHS) on 16 feb at 1430h. their is no information BEING displayed ANYWHERE the procedure for getting CGHS registered.

i was directed to meet Mr Anil, Inspector, for getting the required information.

how ever he told that the CGHS society can not be registered.

He refused to give any kind of assistance to me in regard of registration of CGHS.

He refused to give model By-Laws for the CGHS.

Then i was directed that if i want to take any information, i can apporach Assitant Registrar, office of Registrar.

The Assistant Registrar (AR) Mr Dhankhar, attended my concern, but divelged wrong information that CGHS can not be registered since their is not HUDA scheme right now.

I asked AR for By-Laws but he also refused to give.
