Non Receipt of Passport

Dear Sir / Mam

This is with reference to my passport dispatched on 14-02 vice speed post no D001684

I am not able to track my passport with this no. the dispatch no id mentioned on the website and i am running to get the correct no of the dispatch.

today is the fifth day of dspatch amd i am still to receive my passport.

Not able to understand from Patna to Bhagalpur how many days are taken for the services to reach
