DELAY IN PASSPORT

Dear Sir,

I Applied for Passport Renewal on 16th Nov as per File No HYD-L019662-11. The police verification completed on 18th Dec but till today when i am seeing the passport status report it is showing as "Police report has not been received. I enquired at police department the told they have already sent the report on 24th Dec to passport. Please see this matter and do needful.
