I rajesh kumar rathi s/o Devilal rathi applied for renewal of passport on 03-02 file no. HYD-F-003969-10, after many complaints on 21-5 police verification done. Even after 17months, still I have not received the passport, when i tried to see the status of passport, i was shock to see that it is showing wrong file no., where as on police web site it is showing file sent back to the RPO. Now I am in dilema where to complaint, is there is no time bounding for accept or rejection of file.
