Since my father expired more than 1 year, my Mom is not recovering the amount lying in the SBI a/c (without joint a/c in Old Pension a/c) till date. My Mom's pension was started but the the amount lying in SBI Branch at the time of my father's death still not yet recovered. We have given several letter of reminder to Barasat Treasury Office - II department but till date no imprevement. The Officer named is Mr. Santanu (don't know his surname) who is basically intentionally harrassing old aged people like my Mom with different kind of baseless excuses in last more than 9 months. I met Mr. Santanu couple of times and handed over all the documents to him without receiving but he is willingly avoiding the task for which he is getting salary from Govt Office. Please help me out by giving complain cell no & Email ID who is basically work for BARASAT TREASURY - II OFFICE, WEST BENGAL, also, if possible let me know Writer's Building Revenue Deptt Email ID & Contact nos so that I can at least correspondence with them.
Awaiting your earliest reply to help my Mom's financial condition in a better way.
