Sub. : Abnormal delay & Harassment in providing Passport (File No. A008728)
Dear Sir,
On the subject, it is to inform your good office that I had applied for a fresh Passport on dated 07.02.2011 & an amount of Rs. 1000.00 was also deposited vide receipt no. (Key No.) 6500872811.
Needless to mention that necessary documents & other formalities such as police verification were also completed long back.
After that, inspite of my personal visits to the office of PRO, Bikaji Kama Place, New Delhi on dated 18.07.2011 & 19.01.2012 (Copy attached for your ready Reference), my grievance remained unresolved & I have not received my passport till date at my residence. Every time, I was promised by the PRO that it will be dispatched soon since nothing is pending as per their record. Therefore, the reason for not providing my passport till date is well known to the department concerned.
One thing, I would also like to add for your kind information that along with my above passport, following passports of my family members were also applied those have already received but my passport has not been made available to me so far:-
