BBMP Underground sewage work creating problem since 4 months

I am a resident from Byrappa Layout, Calvary church street, Whitefield, Bangalore.

Roads in our area were badly dug in the middle of the entire road, and all right and left cross streets, for underground sewage work. And this work started in the month of May. For a strech of 300 metre street, it is taking more than 4 months, and the contractor is asking money from the house owners aswell. They dig the streest and leave the work in the middle, which is creating problem for the residents to take out vehicles from house and creating disturbance in day to day life. Still thee work is goin on and the day it rains, its worse than aany village's mud road. BBMP is not taking any responsibility, nor bothered about the progress.
