my name is kalpana, I send a parcel from delhi to my brother in hyderabad, it had two cell phones in it..when my brother received the parcel it was just an empty cover .i hope you take this complain, because they are very costly.how can they do such a thing.the parcel was send from delhi on 17 aug n receieved on 24 aug.
