Uses not halting near bus stop

I would like to make a serious complaint about best buses not halting near bus stop, but at times in the middle of the road causing inconveinenece to alighting and boarding passengers. even with a little gap left the motorcylist zoom past from the left of the buses with no consideration for passengers.
