Ude behaviour of conducto

Today afternoon at around 2.40 pm in kandivali bus stop -station, kandivali (w), the BEST bus conductor after catching the bus & asking for the ticket for M.G.ROAD, swimming pool & giving him 10 rs note asked me to get down from the bus as i was not having the change. He was so rude that he didnt even asked me to get down he was chewing the pan & by actions told me to get down i repeatedly told him to arrange from someone else but he actined me to get down. The bus no is MH OL 8830. i WANT AN APOLOGISE LETTER TO BE SIGNED BY THAT CONDUCTOR FOR HIS MISBEHAVIOUR.
