Gas agencies/bad behaviou

Dear sir/Madam,

I am Shashikant Dubey, lived in delhi working as crime reporte in one family magazine .my family lives in Mauranipur.we have one gas connection with the name of Sushila dubey, i went there for the enquary for DBC and booking for the gas cylender, they people are very rude said dbc connection is stoped .i askedwhen again open, i have no idea. i said where i can enqure about this they said no idea.they were talking the people very badly.no fis time for booking the gas also. no one pick the phone.every thing is worst. so i request you to help the people other wise it will be very big issue in next few days.
