After ten days the connection was disconnected when I asked in reliance web counter servicing centre they refused to say anything and rejected

I took Reliance Broadband post paid USB connection on 7/03. It is worked for 10 days inbetween verification also over. Suddenly it is disconnected. When I called over phone to service provider Mr. Bibu of Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar (Orissa) but he dident responded. in between 25 days passed and asked in the reliance service centre they answere is due to non use it has disconnected. how sily? answer. It is Post paid one weather use or non use we will pay the money. So I requested to convert it from Post paid to Prepaid. for that I pd renewel fees 99/- and recharge charges Rs.299/- . So my suggestion is dont take the Post paid USB connection before verification.
