Delay in issue of passport
I Dr. Sarla Jawa (File no F032727), resident of B-39 (GF), Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi 110037 have applied for issue of passport after expiry of ten years of my earlier passport on 12-08 at BHIKAJI.CAMA PLACE, NEW DELHI OFFICE. Police verification was completed In Oct’ 2011. Since the PASSPORT STATUS indicated” Application is pending for want of police verification “. I contacted the police official Mr Jaspal Singh mobile No 8750066128 who had come for police verification. He stated that he has submitted the report and suggested that I should submit the PP FORM again to PASSPORT OFFICE . I submitted the same on March 1st 2012. The passport status till date again is “ Application is pending for want of police verification I contacted the police officer Mr Jaspal Singh mobile No 8750066128 again. He again stated that he has submitted it to the passport office but till date the status remains the same “Application is pending for want of police verification “. There is no update.
I appeal for your help in getting an appropriate attention by the REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICER, and his intervention here, for a quick resolution.
Please expedite the matter and hoping to get my passport soon.
