Non receipt of Passport

Sir,

As per the status report on your web site, my Passport bearing file reference no. BHU-A004210-12 dated 02.02.2012 has been granted and was expected to be despatched by 07.05.2012. But till date i.e. 15.05.2012 I have not received my Passport.

Kindly look into the matter and case early despatch of my passport.
